How can people get sleep early at night?!

hahaha i wanna ask same question... people who never take load on their brain..they can sleep any where...any time...one another type of people who tired so much mantaly they can sleep early at nite want give relax their mind.

eat early and light dinner and do exercise and belive me you can go to bed early too and its healthy too

get all of your work done as early as possible so that you can be free and go to bed early and listen music as you get on bed.

Practise Yoga pranayama will help you to sleep well.

Take ur food early(May be from 7.30pm - 8.30pm),go for a walk,then chat with ur parents, now go to bed ,u will fell asleep.

You need to put yourself on a system. You have to give yourself a bed time as well as a set time to wake up and always stick to it that way your body stays in its rhythm. Refrain from liquids about 2hrs before your bedtime. You can also try drinking tea 2hrs before bedtime. Good Luck :)

Have a light dinner and a hot bath after a long day at work. Go to bed early. Do this for 4-5 days and from the 6th day onwards, you will feel sleepy at that time.
