Coffee is like anything else with a stimulate in it. I don't believe you can overdose on it. It may make you hyper and make your heart beat faster. It can be addictive, how much do you drink? I've never heard of anybody drinking so much coffee, that they worry about overdosing. What else do you drink with caffeine, pop, a lot of chocolate? Too much is certainly not good for you or your stomach, but then again, some people can drink it til it comes out of their ears. You could go onto an Internet site like Web MD or Medline Plus and search coffee and see what they say. Good luck man.

Anything stimulating should be minimized and can be addictive. Caffeine is no exception, as it is a nervous system stimulant. My sister gets lumps under her armpits and breasts when she consumes too much caffeine and they always go away when she stops. I forget what the medical term for these are, but it effects her glands.

Yes. You can definitely overdose on caffeine. I overdosed once, and it was not a good experience at ALL. My heart started beating extremely fast and I couldn't breathe that well. My mind was all over the place and I felt really sick. But I actually know of people that have died from overdosing on caffeine. Your heart can't handle it. And it is addictive. If you take caffeine consistently, and then stop, you get really bad headaches.

Yes you can. Here is a link that will be able to answer your question
