go directly to the hospital. some spider bite can be deadly, such as the brown recluse.

get it checked out my sister had something like that on here thigh and she had to get the bite drained and removed from her skin or it would cause her whole leg to become infected. If it is not quite that bad they can give you cream for it to make it less swollen and painful.

well, there's some spiders that do not harm you at all except for annoying itch and sometimes pain, but others can be really dangerous, the best thing to do would b to get a sample of the spider and ask an EMT or phyisician

you got bit by a brown recluse
get to the hospital now!

hah, maybe your allergic to spider bites like me, oh fun, it is the best xP, (sarcastic)

I would go get that checked out by a doctor... but it could be nothing
but some spiders can be very poisinous so yeah go get it checked out anyways!
hope it works out for you!:P

The more you itch, the more it swells.
put antiseptic on it.

If you remember what the spider looks like you can Google the type of spiders for the region you were in when you were bitten. If the swelling doesn't go down or you start to have breathing problems go to the emergency room IMMEDIATELY.

Spider bites should be taken very seriously, if there is pain in the area go to an emergency care center another sign to look for are red lines radiating from the area if this happens you should go to the hospital immediately!

YOU NEED TO GET THAT CHECKED BY A DOCTOR ASAP!!!IT MAY NOT BE BAD AT ALL BUT IF YOU WERE BITTEN BY BROWN RECLUSE IT CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS.IT WOULD HAVE TO BE TREATED IN A HYPERBARIC CHAMBER AT A WOUND CARE CENTER AND THE LONGER YOU WAIT THE HARDER IT IS TO TREAT.THE BITE OF BROWN RECLUSE WORSENS VERY VERY FAST SO GO TO THE E.R.TONIGHT.DON`T TAKE ANY CHANCES WITH THIS..IT IS TREATABLE BUT DON`T WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW.

You don't say what the spider looked like. You also don't mention what state and area your cabin is in. It's important to know what the spider looked like so you can find out if it was poisonous or not. Spiders can and do bite. They all inject some sort of venom that kills or paralyzes their prey. Non-poisonous spiders can cause cellulitis, inflammation, swelling, itching, redness, and infection at the site of the bite. Poisonous spiders can cause more serious reactions in the area of the bite and other sites in the body.

The Brown Recluse is the most poisonous spider that lives in the Midwest and Southern half of the United States. There are ten different species, six of which are confirmed to be poisonous. Please go to this website for a picture of this spider. Identity is important here. If this is the spider you saw, you need to get to an Emergency Room as soon as possible. There are toxic side effects from the bite of this spider. The worst being the loss of your arm.

The black Widow spider is also another venomous spider. They have distinct shiny black bodies. The female has a red hour glass on the belly, the male does not. They both bite.

Take care my friend. Hope this helped.

Only a few spiders are dangerous to humans. Two that are present in the contiguous United States and more common in the Southern states are the black widow spider and the brown recluse spider. Both prefer warm climates and dark, dry places where flies are plentiful. They often live in dry, littered, undisturbed areas, such as closets, woodpiles and under sinks. If bitten by a spider
Clean the site of the spider bite well with soap and water. Apply a cool compress over the spider bite location. Aspirin or acetaminophen (Tylenol, others) may be used to relieve minor signs and symptoms in adults. Treatment in a medical facility may be necessary for children under 6 years old and for adults with severe signs and symptoms
