Tips of staying awake and alert at work?!

Question: I obviously can't nap and coffee just gives me a headache.
And don't give me "Get more sleep at night." I mean right now. What can I do? (I can drive a short distance if needed)

Based on this question being almost a day old, I'm hoping you made it through the day lol. But I noticed one thing, its about lunch time. And I've noticed I get tired after lunch alot. Here's two things I'd recommend (just don't go overboard with it)
1.Find a good source of energy. An herbal suppliment like eleuthero root will keep you going, and you can take it daily safely. Also try HEALTHY energy drinks, there are only a few, but they work wonders! I love em.
2. If you REALLY are like...falling over on yourself. Take your cell phone, set it to VIbrate, and take yourself a little trip to the potty and take a 10 minute power nap. Just make sure its not on ring, and try it at home once to make sure it actually wakes you up. Last thing you want is someone knocking on the potty door because you've been "relieving" yourself for an hour :)

splash ice cold water on your face whenever you feel sleepy....that oughta wake you up :P always works with me!

. hat's funny! You think going from sitting in your office to sitting in your car will wake U up? no.
Yur sleepy because you're loaded down with Carbon Dioxide. You need MORE oxigen.
The cold water will help, but you need the O2.
Jog instead of driving, right now. Or take a bunch of slowwwww, deep breathes.
Beetch-slapping your face helps too.
