How can you help your legs not hurt after track practice?!

hey do track too. what i do is i take like an asprin or something to numb the pain then take a nice long shower (or could take a bath) the pain should go away in three days. oh also strecthing before going to bed and when you wake up. but yeah it should go away in three days if you just started track pratice. i hope this helped

Stretch and hot bath

try a hot steamy bath

Lay on the living room floor, or any place comfortable, and place both feet on the edge of the couch or chair, as long as your legs are elevated above the heart. Now start moving your feet in like a circle, or just wiggle them, as long as they are in motion, which helps blood flow back down towards the heart. Do this for at least ten minutes and when you get up you will feel like you are walking on a cloud. This procedure can be done in the backseat of the car, in your bed, just anywhere you can elevate them and be comfortable. This really works. If the pain persists, apply moist heat. Good luck.
