I am not a doctor, but you may have a neck vertebra out of place. If that is the case, you may need someone (such as an accupuncturist or chiropractor) to put it back in. You might try slowly, carefully, and gently tilting your head back (from a standing position) as far as it will go. Then slowly, carefully, and gently bring it back to upright. If anything goes "pop" or "click" during any of this, you might have fixed the problem. Obviously, you will know if you have. I hope this helps.

have you tried BC powder

massage the part of your hand that is like between your thumb and first finger. that squishy bit with no bones. it really works

Run cold water over your wrists for a little while......

well caffeine is not the answer, try and massage your temples or the back of your neck

Excedrin migraine and drink a lot of water

Did you try any of these?

Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head. Try placing it on your forehead, temples or the back of your neck.
Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk.
Ask someone to rub your neck and back.
Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintain pressure for 7-15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed.
Rest, sit or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.

looks like your out of luck.....need some vicodine

Sounds like it might be a migraine. Do you have access to Excedrin? This can help with migraines. Or even aleve could maybe help.
Meanwhile, try to massage your neck (back side) and your forehead/temple areas. Even by your ears might help.
If you can excuse yourself to the restroom, maybe take a couple of paper towels and get them wet with warm water-as warm as you can take it, ring them out, and place them on your forehead, the back of your neck, etc.
If your sinuses seem to be plugged up, try the warm paper towels on your nose, up to the center of your forehead-that can help loosen up the congestion, and hopefully help you feel better.
I wish you the best. Take care.

you're a marine. try push-ups! =)

Just take a sick day. And I'll come over and take your mind off your headache....

Try EFT.
