They can be purchased from a pharmacy (chemist/drugstore) and the pharmacist would be able to explain how to use them. The cost will vary, so you may want to phone ahead.

For the sake of safety; how are you currently treating the wound?

Additional Information: Wash the wound gently under cold water, then apply a clean cloth or bandage with firm pressure. This is a temporary solution until you can get to the pharmacy. A pharmacy is preferable as they can provide you with advice on applying the steri-strips, treating the wound, and if any further care is needed.

Bandaid brand sells a product called butterfly bandaids that work well. You can also make your own out of bandage tape sold at any drug store. Just cut the tape in thin strips. Clean your wound well and dry it. Pull the edges together and place tape across and pull to seal edges. Criss cross the tape. Then place a bandage over the wound. Do not remove the tape for at least a week. You want the cut to seal itself. Good luck.

I believe you can get them at RiteAid, you can defenitly get them at a pharmacy.

the price varies from 2$ to around 135$ depends on size, purpose, different kinds, etc.

They are the best way to close a wound without getting it infected [antibacterial 3MSteri-Strip], small scar, no less damage in skin tissue.

Well I think if it is pretty deep you might need stitches. Otherwise, you can get them at a Wal-Mart or Walgreens. They shouldn't be expensive. There should be directions how to use them on the box. But if not, they are designed to hold both sides of a cut together to allow it to heal better. the same as a hospital would do when you have staples removed. You put one side of the strip on one side of your cut, then pull it a little to close the cut and stick the other side down. Make sure you wash the wounded area really good before you cover it. Hope This helps
