ACL surgery is serious business. You'll not only still be healing from your surgery, but at two weeks you may still be on medications that can also affect your body's reaction to healing a piercing.

Hip piercings are a surface piercing and as such carry a high rejection rate. Hips themselves are usually poor areas to place surface piercings since they are subjected to so much wear and tear and motion. All of this adds up to the likelihood of your piercing healing permanently being very low. You definately do not need to make the process any more difficult by attempting it right after major surgery.

I suggest you do more research on the practicality of hip surface piercings in the first place. If you're already thoroughly aware of the risks, and know this isnt a piercing that's likely to last forever, then I suggest you wait to try it until you're fully recovered. Giving your body time to recover from surgery first will make it more likely for your piercing to heal better and last longer.

sorry but your an idiot! YOUR HIPS?!?!?! that just plain weird

And yes you will have complications, your body has trouble healing two things at one time.
