Benefibre & hideous side effects?!
Question: Has anyone else has Benefibre? I bought it recently and have suffered from the most horrendous wind ever since, I thought it might fade after a couple of weeks but alas I am still being anti-social!! I dont have a poor diet but thought this might help but cor blimey Im sure my other half will run off if I dont stop!!!

when starting a fiber regimen, you need to start out slowly so your body will adjust, Quit taking it for 2 weeks, then start back at 1/4 of the dose you are taking now. Increase by 1/4 every 1-2 weeks until you can take a full dose w/o the consequences. You can also try taking "Beano" (an enzyme that helps digest fiber) when you take the Benefiber

well that's fiber for you! perhaps you are taking too much. are you getting enough fiber in your diet already?
