Anitbiotics (metronidazole) and Alcohol?!

Question: Will alcohol do any harm to my treatment with the antibiotics? I know it's supposed to induce vomitting, but when I drink with the it I never have gotten sick so I'm just wondering if there are any other precautions.

Yes, there's a chance it can cancel cancel the effects of the antibiotics and you'll be taking it for nothing.
