yes it's extremely toxic, you are inhaling lead. your work place is breaking the health and safety laws, your work should be under an extract. drinking lots of milk counteracts some of the effects of lead by mopping up the lead in your system but long term your health is at risk. speak to your boss and if there aren't improvements made, change your job. PS. you are already showing signs of lead poisoning, tiredness and headaches. other signs are fatigue, muscle weakness, stomach cramps. you should also be wearing protective gloves whist handling lead because it is absorbed through the skin into the blood stream.

get checked yes lead in solder is being banned in the us and other places i would go to the doctor or your local health dept lead is very bad you may have rights with OSHA to don't let anyone make you do or use something dangerous without proper protection or training

Well yeah it harm full to your health if your handling lead your work is supposed to give you mask or respirators to ware if OSHA happens to pop in ans see this stuff going they can fine your company or shut them down... You need to go to the doctor and may be you might want to get a hold of OSHA or the health department over this cause this is wrong I would work in any place that was putting my life in danger...

I certainly would see a doctor and have a blood test for lead poisoning. Lead is a fairly toxic substance which is why it has been removed from paint. If you have lead toxicity see a good lawyer. Your employer should provide protection for its employees in that potentially toxic atmosphere.

Lead poisoning is common if too much lead fumes are consumed. You have to consult your doctor and take preventive measures.Wearing a mask will help a lot.
