set your alarm and force yourself to get up...after about a week it's becomes regulatory. it's called will power and self control...either you got it or you're weak minded...so which one are you the weak or the strong son.

Get your body used to a certain schedule. Do the same thing everyday for a while and don't switch up. That's what they do in the military.

go to bed earily

and set your alarm to wake up 5 hours after you go to bed
