What Can I Do To Stop My Husband Having Night Sweats????!
Question: He is in his late 20's, healthy, 5kg over weight & a good diet.
Every night for the past week he wakes up wet, and I mean wet. It is like he is having nightmares, he has REM & will occasionally move around, but when he wakes up he never remembers.
It is annoying me, because I am so sick and tired of having to wash our bedding. He is going to the doctors on the 14th, but I wonder if anyone could help in the meantime.

there must b a night sweat virus going around, lol
my hubby was like that a few weeks ago too,,, he was wrecking the sheets cos he made them stink,lol
i dont know if its the weather or a virus,,, but i havent sweat at all, just him,

actually could your body heat b causing this?,, i know i felt hot all the time when preggers xxxxxx
he has a serious problem , i think he has to see a doctor. noone can help you in here without meeting or talking to your husband
He may be coming down with a virus.
If he's dreaming, it could be night terrors or nightmares.
My father had night terrors. Sweating is a symptom. Night terrors actually occurs in deep sleep.
Is he taking any new meds?
Is he especially anxious about something?
Has this ever happened to him before?
An anti-anxiety med may help before bedtime.

I have no idea but my hubby occasionally gets night sweats too. So does my son.

I too know the annoyance of this - so i got a pedestal fan a put it on his side of the bed to stop me getting wet too!
