for a natural soothing sleep, what you need is the right habits like :

Umm yes excercise..do 100 sit-ups in sets of ten, and 100 pushups-sets of ten. 100 jumping jacks, sets of ten & run up & down the stairs. If that doesn't work lay in bed and read the Encyclopedia!
Listen to relaxing soul music. Michael Buble has an amazing voice. Spray your sheets with your favorite perfume & don't forget to brush your teeth & turn off the lights =).

Bubble bath with relaxing music, and go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day.

A cup of warm milk at bedtime is supposed to help.
