Does anyone know what the actual time you're supposed to go to sleep is?!


Question: there is no definite time as everyones sleep patern tends to be different. i was told the recommended hours of sleep u get a night is suppost to be around 8-9 hours but most people only sleep around 7 hours. so i guess a good time would be around 10 or 9ish? taking into account the people who have school and work early.

but everyones sleep patern is different and some people dont even sleep at night because they work during that time so they end up sleeping during day time. to be healthy u should get about 8-9 hours sleep a night and remember what they say "early to bed early to rise makes u healthy wealthy and wise". not sure if thats actually true though. =\

teenagers need like 9-10 hours.

Anytime as long as you get the appropriate amount for your body. 7-9 Hours of sleep should be good

Why does it matter?

2 or 3 hours after you last ate,dont think there is a specific time as long as you get atleast a good 8 hours.

If you live in the country you are supposed to go to sleep as soon as the sun drops below the horizon. If you are more of a city person, there is no defined time since you have electricity to light your way :-)

I kid, there is no ~right~ time on the clock, just a right time for each person. Factors to consider are what time one needs to wake up, and for what purpose.

That depends on the time you get up. Recommended is 6 - 8 hours. Only go to bed when you are tired - not before and get up at the same time every day regardless of the quality of sleep you have had....

as an adult,go to bed 50minutes after your dinner

it depends on your age, I guess. I sleep for like 8 hours from eleven. Also, it depends on what you do. if you have to wake up early, you better sleep early too

you should sleep when you are tired, eat when you are hungry, cry when you are sad, and laugh when you are happy..doing any of the above on an arbitrary schedule is madness

for kids we dont have enough timewe go to sleep at like 11 and wake up at 6 thats not enough time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
