Question: why did today i feel like crying, my head hurted, and my throat was sore and dry?
i know the answer for all but about the crying, why did I break down today crying for no reason...........? Help........this isn't the first time I thought this was gone away but I guess not.......help.

its just your emotions ^-^ or u might be stressed, can happen to the best of us :P

its normal sometimes u just need to cry i know what thats like it happens to everyone its just a normal thing that happens to us
Are you stressed out about something? I know I broke down in class one day and couldn't figure it out really until a few days later. I had recently moved to a new city/school so I was still stressing from it. Stress could possibly a factor. Just think about what's been going on in your life.
It's called the blues. You are going this way sometimes all your life. I think you have to feel a little down sometimes so when things are going good it helps you appreciate it a little more. Listen to some good happy music and you will feel better soon
