How do you cope with long term pain?!
Question: Four years ago I was involved in an accident leaving me with fractured coccyx, dislocated shoulder, nerve and muscle damage to my neck.
I have had many steroid injections to my shoulder, neck and coccyx. I have also had an op on my shoulder to remove some re-growth bone. Rhizotomy to my neck this week and years of physiotherapy, I still need to have my coccyx removed.
