Painful bump on the inside of my nostril?!
Question: ive had one before, but its a small to medium sized bump that appears on the left side of my left nostril. it hurts. not in general, but when i touch it. what is me and how can i make it go away?

Sounds like you have an infection in that area. The bacteria (or virus) which is causing it will be detected by your immune system. Lots of white blood cells will flood to the area to engluf the bacteria (virus) and to release chemicals to distroy the infecton. These chemicals include histermines, which will cause swelling and tenderness of the area.
My recomendation is to let your body do its work, its a good sign that its swollen. You could try bathing it with warm salty water to try and help wash away the infection.
However if it gets worse, or you get pain in anyother parts of your face, you should seek medical attention, as the infection may have spread to other areas of your face.

Well I've never heard of a pimple inside your nose. Maybe when you were picking your nose you left a scar. :P
OUCH!! dont bust it. try to put some vaseline in it.
it might be where you scratched it if you rubbed your nose alot at one point. i've had that before. it can also be cause by colds and the flu.
