Please wait. The two taken together are an extremely dangerous combination. It is totally ok to take excedrin migraine in another 2 hours. Please remember that you also took the tylenol so that you don't exceed the recommended acetaminophen dosage.

You can take one or the other, but you should not take both. They both contain the same ingredient, acetaminophen, which can cause liver damage if you take too much. Excedrin also contains aspirin and caffeine, which is likely to make it more effective for bad headaches, particularly migraines, so it might be preferable if that's what you're taking it for (and just skip the Tylenol).
