Keep up the running! To reduce cramps, try to get potassium and sodium (those elements are used for nerve communication). Stretching and massaging those muscles is important too. Taking an Epsom salt (very common product, go to any pharmacy)bath. It will reduce soreness and remove toxins. Also, do some sit-ups a few times a week. Try doing as many as you can for 30 seconds. After running hard, take an easy jog easy no matter how hard it is for a few minutes. This gets all the lactic acid out and speeds recovery. To deal with that inverted child that enjoys running the wrong way, go behind a group and run on the outside when he goes by, or you could link arms with the person next to you and "clothesline" him. You should probably get the teacher involved too.

try to get some rest .

This is due to a lack of potassium. You should try eating a banana every day. Oh and rest can't hurt

massage them with something but makesure its cold

Icey Hot !!

Works like a Charm!!

get some calicum, and maginisum. Also your legs are sore because of an acid build up. Which means your body wasn't ready for such a hard push. Try to walk a little to readjust your body and will help ease soreness.

I think you are experiencing DO MS Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness which happens once you do more exercise then what your body is used to its a build up of lactic acid from your muscles not getting enough oxygen while exercising. The feeling usually comes on the day after exercise. This is very common i used to experience this every week after gymnastics. Try stretch before exercise and make sure you always warm up and cool down after exercise this will help to remove lactic acid remanding in you muscles. But for now you can try ice or gels but really massage is a lot better. You should feel better in 2 or 3 days. I hope i helped
