Whats the worst thing that can happen if I dont treat my amenia now?!

Question: Anaemia is a lack of certain blood cells. There are different kinds and causes of it, so the outcome if you don't get it treated depends on the type you have and the underlying cause. For sure it will leave you exhausted at the least, all the way up to life threatening in some types. So talk with your doctor and be guided by their recommendation.

And take a list of questions - it is your body and you deserve to be given information that is clear enough for you to understand what is going on. So this time, don't leave until you have your answers.

Anaemia doesn't generally fix itself without help.

Iron deficiency, well that's another thing. Feeling cold; emotional; palpitations; dizzyness; inability to concentrate are all symptoms that get worse and worse the longer you leave it untreated. And most of the reasons people get iron deficient are easily turned around and easily treated. It isn't necessarily a life long condition.

how anaemic are you? and is it iron deficiency?
iron deficeincy can make cause fatigue and you always feel tired for no reason, fainting spells, dizziness and not being able to concentrate at all.
also for women it's essential to treat this problem before they have a baby because becoming pregnant itself can cause more iron deficeincy. so best thing is to treat is now if you want a good quality of life.
folic acid and iron tablets should be able to help. also some food like spinach and liver and kidneys of sheep or cow have a high iron level.
if you can't take iron tablets like me (due to stomach ache and constipation) then look for liquid ones like Spatone. hope this helped
