My right foot heel hurts. please help?!
Question: my right foot hurts when i when i do jumping jacks and runnging. It also hurts when i wailk. My foot started to hart when I slamed my foot down on a woodne floor. there is nothing there so i dont know what it is.

Well, stamping it on a wooden floor really hard could chip a small part of the bone. So don't do it again.
You probably need an Xray to rule out a hairline fracture. If you are younger than around 15, bone fractures don't tend to cut the bone in two, rather they split like a peice of green wood would when twisted. That is how they get the name 'greenstick fracture.'
If it's soft tissue injury, rest the foot, keep it up when you can.
If you are still under the care of parents, you should let them know and organise to see a doctor.
could be what is called a stone bruise, you can actually bruise the bone and it does hurt, It should heal in a few weeks.
