How can i git rid of lower back pain?!

heated blanket or have someone give you a massage!! then make love!!

1) rub a535
2) deep cold
3)take some ice, and put it on the spot for 1/2 an hour, it will work
4) take a shower, spray it first with cold, than hot, than cold, than hot again

Try sitting in the floor and slowly stretching like you are touching your toes. Do this a couple times or so and see if you don't feel better. You have strained the muscles in your back. Proper body mechanics will help to avoid this. While shoveling snow don't use your back use your arm muscles. Bend at the knees.

you need to cut a piece of cloth into strips that will fit around your waist, 2 strips will do, take FLOUR, a little bit of DRY MUSTARD,water,and,make a PASTE,spread the paste on 1 of the clothes, put the other cloth over the first one,the paste cannot touch your skin, DO NOT LEAVE THIS ON YOUR BACK FOR MORE THAN 6 HRS, YOU'LL BURN YOUR BACK IF YOU DO.

It is terrible thing to happen to some one, i experienced it 2 days ago and now it is gone. Though , I am a natural healer and do Yoga and pranayama but for few days I had abstained,
1. Just to find point on the nerve, you roll a pencil over the back of the index finger (next to thumb) Till the wrist point , you will feel acute pain at a point. Give a pumping pressure at this point for 2 minutes. You can do this number of times.
2. Sit on squatting position, hold your both hands over the legs and do rolling at teh back.
3. Use hard bed for sleeping.
4.Do not bend forward till you get well.
