I have that same problem from time to time. A great remedy is
eye stress cream or gel. Some of the over the counter creams that are made to remove dark circles work good. Olay Regenerist usually does the trick for me.
That happens when you are stressed or under pressure. Find what is eating at you and either get away from it or solve it.
you're probably stressed about something or maybe from a lack of sleep.
one of the considerations of eye twitching could be stress; so if you have been stressing out, try some stress reliever methods. Or your eye could twitch preferably because of the nerves; mines was twitching yesterday like crazy but it stopped.

it's called Bell's Palsy, there is nerve inflammation on the gate in surround ear that make your eye twitching. You have problem in your 7'th nerve.
It is not difficult to heal that, so you must go to neurologist soon.
Usually they give you corticosteroids with tapering off dosage for 3 weeks. And cost of it is very cheap.
Perhaps magnesium might help and a web search for twiching + magnesium will tell you more.
