clean out your cut, make sure that you wash your hands first. Take out any broken glass out of your foot with sterilized tweezers and put pressure on your foot. and keep it elevated. after pressure, wrap your foot and take some aspirin.

It depends how deep the glass went. Just because they are small doesnt mean they are minor. You could need stitches.
