I seem to be digesting my food and drink a little weird lately?!

Question: Right, I'm a caffiene addict and I can drink upto 4litres on a good day and 500ml on a bad day. Now I bought some Pepsi Max lately cos I get my caffiene from Pepsi Max mostly and then the rest from chocolate products as I hate coffee even though it is the highest source of caffiene.
Now on average I can drink inbetween 500ml-2litre in 1 hour and it'll take about 15minutes roughly for the first bit of cola to leave out the other end, I know this as whenever I've had Pepsi Max my urine goes colourless for a 3 hour period afterwards, but yesterday and today I've had 2litres both days and I had one 2litre bottle of Pepsi Max at 9 yesterday morning and it took until 9 that night for it to come out of the other end and the caffiene was having no affect at making me high until 9 lastnight as well and the same things happened today and also I've been crapping a lot more than usual for the past two days.
Is there something wrong with my digestive track or is it just sommat randomly happening?

i would seriously cut down of your caffeine intake.

What is caffeinism ?

"Caffeinism" is the term used for people who are dependent upon caffeine i.e. suffer side effects from having too much caffeine, take larger amounts and need to keep drinking caffeine to function properly (including a "craving" feeling for caffeine). "Caffeinism" is thought to occur if you have an intake of above 600mg to 750mg of caffeine per day. Drinking more than 1000mg per day is well into the toxic range. The US Olympic Committee considers caffeine a stimulant and has an upper limit for caffeine levels in the blood, above which an athlete "fails a drugs test".

People may drink large quantities of tea, coffee and cola drinks to relieve thirst or dry mouth caused by side effects of drugs, such as some antidepressants and antipsychotics. Since headaches can occur when caffeine is stopped, drinking caffeine stops these headaches occurring.

What are the symptoms of caffeinism ?
The symptoms of caffeinism can include feelings of anxiety and nervousness, sleep disruption (especially difficult getting off to sleep), restlessness, irritability, diuresis (passing lots of water/urine), stomach complaints, tremulousness, palpitations and arrythmias (changed heart rate, especially faster beating). 150mg of caffeine at bedtime has been shown to have a marked effect on how long it takes to get to sleep, reduce total sleep time, the quality of sleep and REM (dreaming) periods. Caffeinism can make some illnesses such as anxiety more resistant to drug treatment. People who suffer from panic attacks may be more sensitive to the stimulant effects of caffeine.

Suddenly stopping taking caffeine can produce problems. Withdrawal from even moderate amounts of caffeine can produce headaches (52%), anxiety (10%), rebound drowsiness, fatigue and lethargy, with many other effects reported.

"Caffeinism" is considered a drug addiction and caffeine withdrawal syndrome is a documented psychiatric condition

maybe doesn't answer the question- but all that caffeine cant be dong your insides any good

First of all drinking that much soda in a day is terrible for your body. For every 8 ounces of soda you have you need to drink 8 ounces of water. Soda is a diuretic which makes you need to pee. If you aren't peeing like normal try cutting back on your soda's and caffeine. Drink lots of water for a few days. Even though the soda's and caffeine may not bother you now it could cause health problems in the future. Cut back slowly on sodas or you'll have caffeine withdrawls... cut back slowly each day by drinking less and less. That will help your body adjust to less caffeine. Your body is crying out because it can't tolerate any more soda.

The amount of fluids can be a problem try an espresso instead. 300ml of caffeine.

Why, why, why why?
Do you hate yourself?
See a doctor ASAP!!!!

you need to up your intake of water to around 6-8 glasses per day and ease up on the caffiene intake. coffee is high in protein and these products will make you dehydrate. you need more liquids in your sysems, real liquids like water and juices.

First of all, that much caffeine is never safe. I understand that you're addicted though, so I'll try to offer different advice than to reduce the amount of soda you drink. When something other than water makes your urine colorless, it more than likely means you have a problem. Colorless urine after drinking water means that you are well-hydrated, but I imagine it isn't the same for soda. I would add more water into your consumption in between sodas or something. Do you eat a lot of dairy products? Dairy helps with the crapping, especially yogurt. It regulates your digestion. So do juices like grape juice. Try to change your diet a little bit, but if it doesn't let up in a week or so, I would mention it to a doctor. You could also check webmd.com!
Hope I helped!
