How do I get rid of a facial bruise that happened 3 weeks ago!?!
Question: So I got hit really bad all over my face.. i only got 2 bruises somehow.. one is under the aye area and the other on the left side next to the ear.. they never got blue/green etc. but my face is kinda bumpy.. its been 3 weeks and it seems like it snever gonna go... any ideas on how to fix? I cant have my face even slightly bumpy.. plz help!

I have a family member that has to have lots of vitamin C or they do the same thing. And ice!
Think about if anything has changed in your diet lately - if you aren't normally prone to bruising.

I don't know what you mean by "kinda bumpy," but maybe its scar tissue under your skin. That could take a long time to go away.
I would ice it and get some arnica cream at a health food store. Apply it frequently.
