Firstly NHS24/NHSDirect functions at the weekend. The classical management of infected chalazions is hot spoon bathing. http://www.goodhope.org.uk/departments/e...

Okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.

whats a chalazion ? and i tink you shood go to the imergancy room if its reaaly umbareable pain nd its swelling alot

If you call your Doctor's number now they should give an emergency number to contact in the answer phone message. Also you can call NHS Direct on 0845 4647 for nurse advice and health information. The helpline is open 24 hours.

On the basis of this,

"im supposed 2 have a very important interview with a university that i want 2 go 2 in 2 days time"

I suggest that you simply don't bother attending the interview with the university. Unless you're applying to become a cleaner, or something.

dont worry 2 much about it. 2 worry is 2 cause unnecessary harm. i once had a swelling 2. but i wasnt 2 concerned 2 post a question.

put a hot press on it and go 2 a&e if u trhink its getting bad. taxi will take u if u don't drive. Av sm painkillers b4 the interview but if really bad phone them first thing and tell them but better 2 go ahead with it.
