How can I stop slouching while walking?!

Question: i'm 13 and found out recently through sch check ups that i have a slightly curved backbone. My friends and teachers used to tell me that i slouch since i was 8 too. However, I always sit very straight at my desk. As you see, I'm tall in a sense that i'm 5"4 1/2. I dont think that i'm slouching except a little when i walk. what should i do? I dont want to go into a meeting room slouching when i work.
also, i'm very concern about my health. i want to stand striaght. am i doing it on purpose?
oh yes, maybe i slouch alittle when i sit but thats very seldom.

Always remind yourself to stand, sit, walk straight.
have a conversation with yourself in your head..
something like..
"Hey dude, we're taking a walk.. keep your shoulders and back straight, ok?"
or..
"Alright we're gonna be just fine if we keep our shoulders and backs real straight"

lol.. i do this, not coz i'm tall but because i get lazy and feel tired when i slouch

Be self conscious of your posture. Keep your shoulders back and back straight. Head and neck up, too.

If it's not too bad now, you can still change your posture and spinal curving. Be aware of your posture lots and you'll be ok. =)

take care of ur posture, even go to a doc if u need tot, as it might lead to scoliosis, and u wouldnt want that, as i need to go to physio every week! Take care
