i find that fruits are best for energy, as they have their own natural sugars, if this isnt a bigenough boost for you try a spoonful of sugar, which tastes vile but it really works! also a lucosade drink works very well or a cycling drink which comes as a powder which you mix with water, it tastes great and its very healthy! great for boosting your energy. Please dont get involved with any kind of drugs no matter how much people say they give you energy, you could end up in hospital! please dont fall into that trap! If a few hours before the party you feel like you cant do it, please do go, you'll feel alot worse, maybe you can think to yourself that the party isnt actually that important???

Hope this helps x

pro-plus, its like drinking coffee, cant think of anything else that is not legal that you can take......and drink red bull, plenty of caffeine,,,,,,,,,

How about those 5-Hour Energy shots? I think they're mostly Vitamin B -- which is good for energy.

Make your appearance at the party, if you absolutely have to go, then excuse yourself early and go home and go back to bed!

lots of fruits and sugars :]
good luckkk

black tea, or guarana tea have natural caffeine. I DON'T like tea so idk if it works.

if you are really tired are you sure youre up to going to the party? it could make you feel worse especially after an operation

Why not just go to sleep? You can't take any time off before the party? You did say that you had some sort of operation, so it would be understandable. You feel tired for a reason. Listen to your body, it knows best. Sleep! If you are feeling groggy you will be miserable. No way around it. Also your body needs to heal from the operation you had and sleeping is one of the ways and times when our bodies recuperates, so it is very necessary. Good luck!

gua gum, from health food shops.

"Dynamic Fat Burner" by the Joe Weider Co. I originally had tried it to curb my appetite. I found that taking one tablet gave me energy, w/o the upset stomach and jitters. I used to purchase a bottle of 120 tablets for less than $6.00 at a local Walmart, until they discontinued carrying the product. I was able to take it on an empty stomach if needed. If I hadn't slept all night and had to be to work in the morning, I would take 2. I've tried many of the varied over-the-counter diet pills and even a few prescribed weight-loss drugs, but they always seemed to have some sort of undesirable side-effects. "Dynamic Fat Burner" may not take any weight off of u, but it will keep u alert when u need to be. Good luck and Peace out!

i would take a short nap like even for 20 mins and thats gonna keep you feeling more up and awake it really works. days that are very hectic and busy for me i usually just sleep for 10 mins and drink some nice ice tea and i feel much better... small nap!
