a doctors review says that wearing a bra to bed can better the shape of your boobs and keep them from sagging longer then they would without wearing a bra to bed. however, wearing underwear is bad as your not letting your downstairs breathe. think about it, all day with your hoo-hah covered then all night. most people who do this will find a nasty oder develops and this sometimes leeds to a fungil infection.

I never sleep with my bra on. It is the most uncomfortable article of clothing to me. I do keep my underwear on though. I also never sleep with socks on EVER !

Well people think I'm weird for this but I like to sleep in my bra because I feel more support while I'm sleeping and they aren't all over the place.....lol.....I also like to wear comfy pajama pants to bed......I can only sleep naked on occasion because I don't like the that weird "naked" feeling.......its kinda like forgetting to wear your wedding ring or something......you feel naked if you don't have it on...... does that make any since. Anyway let me stop babbling; just thought I'd share that with you.
I don't wear a bra to sleep, but I do wear underwear. Bras are uncomfortable to wear to sleep (or at least they are to me). I usually wear a tank-top and just my underwear.
