The most extreme headache is caused by a subdural haematoma (a bleed over the brain)
The most extreme chest pain is by an inferior wall myocardial infarction ( type of heart attack)
The most extreme upper back pain is by a dissecting aortic aneurysm
The most extreme lower back pain is by metastatic deposits to your lumbar vertebra causeing vertebral collapse
The most extreme pelvic pain is during childbirth
The most extreme leg or arm pain is due to a fracture

childbirth. hands down. ask any mom.

childbirth probably lol :)

so far in my life it has been breaking my tail bone.

Well I have never gave birth but Iv'e heard that giving birth is very very extream bad pain

Having a baby that is sheer agony...thought I was going to die.

kidney stones?
circular sander to the face?

Giving birth was pretty bad but..I would say passing kidney stones was the worse.

Things I've done to my poor body:
Had my finger TORN off
Had my two front teeth knocked out by sliding 10 feet on concrete
Had kidney stones
Had 72 stitches in my forehead
Went through childbirth
Had my ears drained for constant ear infections.

The worst? In order:
Having my ears drained. Imagine a vacuum cleaner in your head.

Stitches in my forehead
Childbirth
Finger torn off
Teeth knocked out
Kidney stones

That's my experience anyway...

Dying.

Nerves are what sence pain. The area of the body with the higest concentration of nerves would be the area which is must susceptible to pain, the question is what body part is that... (i'm not sure i can't find the answer to that but good luck)

Giving birth is undoubtedly the most painful experience I have ever endured. I have had gall stones and an appendicitis but nothing measures up to childbirth.

Being BURNT

Yep, I've experienced being burnt to 25% of my body and can tell you that the pain is something else.

I've also broken my Hip, Nose (x3), Toes,
Ruptured Kidneys, Gravel Rash. All from Motorbike Riding!

Burns - Nothing compares to them.

The thing's I know that caused excruciating pain are being Shot ar Stabbed in the Stomach, It can last for hours before you die, without medical attention, and it's extremely painfull from what I have seen, during the war that is, Not civilian life. That, and having a "Sciatic Nerve" pinched by a bulging or slipped Disc in your back. I had that, and it is by-far the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. A nurse told me she had the same thing some years back, and said it was worst than when she had a child. Thats what she said anyways, I would not know personally. I know I have been Shot, Stabbed, Beat-on, Burned, pretty much everything you can think of in my many years on this earth, and the Sciatic-Nerve in my back being pinched was the absolute worst pain I have ever endured in my life. I actually could not talk, walk, or even think of anything except dying so the pain would stop, It was that bad I swear to you. Excruciating does not even seem an appropriate word to me. It was Hell. I have had 3 surgeries since then to fix it, and it's better now thank God. That was the worst time in my life, and I can only Pray I never have to go through anything like that again. My-God was that horrible. I shudder to even think of the pain I was in. Anyways, that is what it is to me personally. Other's have there own idea on what was painfull to them, And some people can take pain allot better than others you know what I mean? It all depends on the person, And how they perceive pain I suppose. Hope this answered your question anyways. Take Care

When they used to cut open your waist and rip out your heart and show it to you when it was still beating. Ouch.
