I got punched in the head once, and everything went yellow.?!
Question: A long time ago when I was at school I got into a fight with another kid.
During the fight he landed a really good punch on the right side of my forehead and it put me to my knees and my head swerved around to the left, but when I looked up everything was yellow. It was like looking through a piece of yellow cellophane.
Straight after the punch I got up and kind of went hell for leather throwing punches, but I think I more or less lost, so I just went to class.
Other than feeling really hazy for the next few hours I was fine, like I don't even remember the punch hurting, no mark was left or anything.
However since then I have always wonder what actually happened, why was everything yellow? So does anyone have any idea what it could of been? I keep meaning to ask the doctor, but I always forget.

concussion for sure had same experience but went to the doctor and thats what he said :)
Sounds like you had a concussion. Your brain was jarred by the punch. It happens to boxers during fights.
You awas probably semi-unconsious for a couple of seconds, or the punch messed with your eye's nerves
or it could also be concussion, either way im sure if it was anything serious, you would of noticed by now
It's a mystery to me. One time I was playing football as the away team and I got hit by the biggest, fattest kid on the team. It knocked me out but when I woke up I saw snow (static) like on a TV when you can't get a picture. Never knew what happened and no one could explain it.
