On your right side and toward your back. It can also be accompanied by nausea.

gallbladder pain can hurt in you shoulderblade on the upper right quadrant of your back, around your diaphram area, which runs just under your rib cage, you can feel heaviness or a strangling pain there, pain can shoot up your neck on the right side, a spiking fever will accompany gall bladder problems, chills, loss of appetite, the runs will accompany any eating, chills, you will get sicker and wind up in the hospital if you dont take care of yourself

I'd heard that it was like p*ssing gravel.

stingray thats kidney stones. pain of gallstones is on right side and also makes u vomit if bile duct gets blocked u get jaundice and yr skin goes yellow.

i had my gallbladder removed 11 years ago and mine hurt at the top of my stomach and i vomitted alot. go the a doctor and have them to do a gallbladder ultrasound or an upper GI mine showed up on the ultrasound. i still have like gas pains when i eat and sometimes if i eat out i have to go directly to the ladies room. as for the pain try drinking mylanta for now but see a doctor soon.
