I have occasional numb left lower leg and left arm ?!
Question: i also have ovarian cysts .... my doc says the numb leg and left arm are nothing to worry about.... sometimes it feels like they swell up but they do not, sometimes my hand and wrist twitch and just kind of do what they want, it is like all i can to control it takes a lot of concentration, please help!

You could have some issues with a pinched or entrapped nerve (an example only), but I would recommend getting another opinion, preferably from someone that does not share the same office of the doctor you currently use to have them see what they think could be going on.
