Little Sleep?!


Question: well, is it bad to have like no sleep...my doctor says its bad for me but i seriously can have like no sleep example: i can go to sleep at 4am and like wake up at 7am, and be fine for school, and basketball or tennis or lacrosse practice. Then i repeat the cycle through the next day, then like once every 2 or 3 months i just crash on a Sunday and sleep for like 14 hours, and then like the cycle happens again and I am fine....is this bad? i don't want to get like sick or something

You look young and can probably do that for a while, then like you do, you crash sleep for 14 hours. That's ok little one, but doing that a lot will decrease your immune system. Some say you must have at least 8 hours of sleep. Well some do, but like you, I need very little sleep, but eventually it catches up to me, but I don't sleep 14 hours when it does. I feel worse on more sleep. Better try getting more sleep. If you have a TV in your room, turn it off. Play some soft music if you must, and just imagine your body in a peaceful state, like walking down into a hot tub, and soaking. Some people have even, including me, closed my eyes and pictured myself painting numbers like and eight or three or letters like C and S, follow the hand that is painting as you paint, like start at the top of the eight and go clear around with it. Yes it is! Your body needs at least 8 or 9hrs of sleep! You might have a sleep disorder.
