Question: on my arm, the surrounding area of where the shot was put in is very painful. there isn't a mark but it hurts to move my arm up and down.
is this normal? and if so how long will it last?

Yes...some soreness at the injection site is normal. It should be ok by tomorrow. I'd say if it goes too much longer then that call ur doc.
