Is it better to get a full 8-10 hour night sleep or stick to a schedule?!


Question: so im 15 and was up until 3 last night, woke up at 8 30, so now im exhausted (my dog woke me up...) and want to go back to sleep but worry that sleeping late will make me not able to fall asleep TONIGHT and just make the problem worse, since i have to get up at 6 30 tomorrow morning!
so, stick to the schedule or catch some z's?

its best to stick to what your body is used to you dont wan to send it out of wack that could be like a shock to the system

I suggest sticking to a schedule and noting catching some zzzz's.....otherwise you will feel like crap tomorrow.

stay awake. exercise and do NOT nap. You need to go to bed at your regular hour to wake up for school tomorrow at your usual time.
