Should I remove the patch?!?!??!?!

Question: I went to the hospital like 2 days ago cause i poked my eye and scratched it or whatever..and they put drops in it and gave me ointment and pain killers and the doctor said they dont usually put a gauze patch over it but he did (it helps me from not blinking so much) but now my eye feels better but of course i gotta learn how to keep it open now lol and its still somewhat red. But I really wanna watch a movie on my iphone but i dont wanna strain my eye or anything, should i watch with two eyes open or just one? Or should i just wait untill tomorrow?
Thanks!

Wait until tomorrow or even the next day. The patch protects your eye from any further damage from some other source such as wind blowing dirt in it. The ointment they put in your eye should have that scratch healed in no time. Must be a deep one, taking this long to heal. I would say that if you are indoors, you could probably take the patch off for a while, but make sure you put it back on. The patch also protects your eye from your rubbing them like when you first get up. Your eyelids may become droopy but it will come back to full open. Good Luck.

I would watch the movie, but you should probly wait till tommorow, let it heal a little more.

I'd say play it safe and keep the patch on and just watch the movie with one eye. I doubt you'd notice the difference.
