Should I take her to the ER today or can it wait until Monday afternoon?!
Question: My two year old was up half the night complaining of an earache. She kept holding it and was restless. She's had ear infections before so I thought I would take her in Monday after work. I just looked at her ear and there was quite a bit of wax drainage over night. That has never happened. I'm conceerned. It definitely is was though. (orange brown color)

Better to err on the side of caution. You don't know that it is dangerous,however unlikely, I would fear some sort of permanent damage, and would not risk waiting. It may be unclear how long this has been building.
Does she have a fever??
If she was up during the night because of it, I would take her to the ER. The danger you run of waiting is that her ear drum could perforate. It is not extremely dangerous if that happens, as the ear drum can heal itself, but it is painful, and scary because you can have bleeding from the ear.
