What's the best thing to do when your legs are sore?!
Question: Its been a couple of days after my first track practice, and my ancles/calves/hamstrings are killing me! It's even hard for me to walk around! What can I do to make myself feel better, and to be ready for practice Monday?

ice them. and go for a LIGHT jog to loosen them up
