Is it possible for your blood pressure to rise during sleep due to dreams?!

Question: I take medicine for high blood pressure - it seems my blood pressure is highest in the morning - and I have awful chaotic dreams I try not to remember - I've started taking the high blood pressure at night and I'm not waking up with a pounding head and eye pain. But I find it strange that dreams could cause bloodpressure to rise - so than is it possible for someone to have a stroke while asleep? I really don't know - just trying to figure this out!! My dog chewed up my cord on my blood pressure machine so I haven't been monitoring it since I started taking it at night! Thanks

yes it goes up by not rapid a little percentage thats why sometimes your heart beats a bit quicker its not life threating and there is nothing to get alarmed about.

YES IT IS YOUR BRAIN IS JUST AS ACTIVE WHEN YOUR ASLEEP AS AWAKE PLUS NO INTERRUPTIONS. SO DEPENDING WHAT YOU DREAM IT CAN RISE OR FALL.
