Rem sleep please explain?!
Question: LD
Answers: LD
REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement and this happens when people start to dream and their eyes move around rapidly to reflect the fact that there is neurological activity is taking place.
It is a phase of sleep when 'Rapid Eye Movement' is observed.
It is thought that most dreams occur in this state.
it refers to the ability of the group REM to send anyone who listens to sleep............
rem sleep is when you close your eyes and drift into a light sleep and it becomes deeper and you are not aware that your eyes are moving twitchering (rapid eye movements)around and then sometimes you have dreams.
When you are asleep and you dream, your eyes move about...and that is called 'rapid eye movement'. But, then if you're dreaming you're dead...your eyes shouldn't be moving...or, if they are, you really aren't dead...you're just paralyzed...
