Chest hurts?!

Question: I having chest problems for a long time now. I will be sitting down and it will hurt like crap. Then after 1hr 30mn.It will go away. Sometimes my left shoulder/arm area hurts. What do I do? I already went to the docs. and they said nothing. What should I do?

Maybe try different positions while sitting. Are you left handed & use it most when on PC ? i often put a pillow under my elbow to ease the strain off my shoulder when on PC.
