I want to make my own cast for my sprained wrist....how do i do that??!
Question: i sprained my wrist in softball and i want a cast, but the doctor said i dont rly need one soo i want to make one myself, but i just dont know how!!!!!!!!

don't need a cast
but if you really want one
you will need 3 0r 4 rolls
of gauze one need s to be
more like a cushion than gauze
then get some plaster of Paris
this is all i remember you might
need to mix thinner than side panel

Listen to your doctor and don't try to make a cast yourself, especially for a sprain. Use a wrist brace or at least an ACE bandage. A sprain doesn't need to be immobilized, only to have restricted movement. A sprain is the over-extension of the tendons and/or muscles around a joint and need a little flexibility in order to keep from "freezing up" (inability to move)
