21 here and it happens, Doesn't feel sore or anything and my doctor said it was nothing at all to be worried about in the slightest so don't worry :)

Mine cracks when I press in on it with my palm ever since I injured my ribs doing brazilian jiu-jitsu last year. No big deal I guess it is the same as having your knuckles crack. I'm male 28 years old.
