Idk how ur friend did it but 1time i waz jumping on my trampoline and i waz trying 2 do a backflip or a handstand or a frontflip (i cant rememeber wich) and i landed on my hand and collapsed.. it waz a preettty bad sprain.. it wazent broken tho (luckily)
