How Much Sleep???!

I had to get up that early when I was a teenager, too. Although I found that I felt best during the day when I got to bed at or slightly before 10, it may vary from person to person. Around 9 hours should do you well at your age - or, for that matter, your current 8 hours and 45 minutes.

IF you are getting sleep very soon it may be enough. Some persons funtion fine on lesser sleep then others. If you start getting sluggish in day roll it back to 930.

That is enough; normally a teen should get between 8 1/2 and 10 hours a night. You should try goign to bed about a 1/2 hour earlier if you're still feeling fatigued.

That sounds pretty good. The amount of sleep required varies with different people. If you feel rested and alert after you are up and moving about, it should be fine. If you are feeling sluggish and unable to think clearly, you may need to adjust your sleep, or look at your diet and the nutrition you are taking in.
