Does low iron make a person get cold quickly?!
Question: I'm always getting cold I live in Texas and even in the hot summers I tend to get cold and I just want to know if it might have something to do with low iron or not I've looked around and can't find what I'm looking for.

More likely, dehydration. Not enough fluid = lower blood volume. To ensure your organs get enough blood, the nervous system redirects it from the extremities. The reduced blood flow and contracted capillaries in the skin and hands and feet results in heat loss. Best bet - try drinking more water, 1-2 more liters daily, depending on how much you sweat. You should notice change within 2 days.

Low iron won't do that unless it is low enough to make you anemic.
its a thyroid problem that is doing that to you
