Take some Motrin, take a nice long hot shower and let it beat down on your neck and back, have someone massage it, ice it if you have any sharp pains, use a topical heat pain relief.

Not much you can do other than those things- oh and stretch that area out.

You may have to change your mattress....but it may pay to see a posture expert/osteopath also, who maybe able to sort out the problem with your pain and alignment of your spine etc.
